We break the 12 week program into 6 manageable weeks with All. The Info via conference calls and videos. Check-ins and support.
This is your INTRO into the LIFESTYLE. 6 weeks to start...a lifetime to master it.
You get to begin with us and move on with us. Fitness is simple, nutrition is simple (it's FOOD that's tough!).
In this group-style fitness you will have others going through the same thing as you are.
You will be able to ask questions of me as well as of everyone else.
What you get:
-A PREP week where I will give you the tools to get ready for success
-Weekly videos with form help (if you do the included workouts)
-Weekly cooking lessons/daily food ideas
-Weekly Q & A sessions so I can help you as needed or touch on tough subjects that arise
How is this different than than buying the whole 12 week program? You get ME, you get a trainer that you can interact with. The 12 week program is a done-for-you program you do all on your own, on your own time with no extra direction or assistance. You also get a group of dedicated women doing it with you who may be going through the same aches, pains and SUCCESSES as you.
